1. Introduction

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph965 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ph965 employs technical and manual monitoring measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended immediately, and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited at ph965's sole discretion.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph965 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of PAGCOR regulations.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or other competent government authority.
• Repeated or severe violations of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to ph965's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, ph965 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where such balance is derived from prohibited conduct or bonus abuse. Upon termination not for cause, ph965 will return the verified real-money balance to the member via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ph965 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
